• I have seen some of your designs on another website in the past, why are they on here?

Several of our full time staff used to do freelance design for other companies and they have a right to display thier designs on our site as they now work for us. Also we bought over a company called pixabanner and we rebranded to WKD Banners. The original pixabanner portfolio is still displayed on our site.

• Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Although we have never needed it in the past, we do have a 48 hour money back guarantee. There are some terms and conditions however, WKD Banners will do a maximum of 5 minor revisions before offering the chance to pay for further revisions or offer a full refund. The 48 hours starts from the point of last revision issued. Please note that there are also conditions of refund once your order is placed. Please see the 'I've placed my order' category for more information or speak to live chat.

• What happens if I need changes to the design I am sent?

Of course there may be some revisions needed. Some clients do not give much in the way of a design breif and we have to work on our own. If our design is not meeting your standards you can have 5 free revisions. Generally we get it right first time, or within 2 revisions at the most. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of the last version being sent to you.

• What do I need to do to prepare for making an order?

Preparing for an order is simple. Just make sure you know exactly what you want from your banner(s), what text you want used, what images you want us to use (if any) and what the overall style should be. When you place an order, you are given the chance to tell us all these things. We also highly recommend that you supply a form of contact such as MSN messenger, AIM, ICQ, Skype etc.

• Can I order banners that contain adult content?

Yes we will design banners for any market as long as WKD Banners agree that they do not exceed any moral or legal bounds.

• Can you design flash animated banners?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer flash animated banner services.

• How much do banners cost?

I've placed my order

• I've placed my order and I need to change my information. How do I do this?

Please contact us immediately. If you forget to add something in the comments section during the order, ie design instructions or texts to be used, then your banner may already be complete and this means wasting one of your 5 free revisions having this changed.

• I placed my order and something went wrong, what do I do?

No matter what it is that went wrong, we need to know about it. Please contact a member of our team and give a detailed explanation of what went wrong. if you can supply any screenshots, that would be great.

• How long do it take to process an order?

Each order would normally take about 3 days, but during peak times it may take up to a week. If your order has not been sent our within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

• What types of revisions are allowed?

We can change certain elements such as text positioning, coloring and minor animation changes. You may not request a change of banner size or a complete change of texts and images as this is concidered a new banner and normal prices will be applied before any of these types of changes will be made.

• Can I get a full refund?

Provided work has not started or payments made for resources for your banners then we will refund fully. If we have started or paid for resources already, then we can only offer a partial refund. This is not a sum of money that we can provide in this answer as each sale is different, please contact us via live chat for more information.

Misc Questions

• My website does not have a logo, can you design me one?

Unfortunately we do not offer Corporate Identity (Logo) services at this time, this is something we may add at a later date. We recommend BritMedia for affordable, high quality logo designs. www.britmedia.net

• Do you do print advertisements for magazines and adverts?

Generally we can, but rarely we are too busy to take on work like this. It's worth asking a member of staff about your needs. We will do our best to accommodate you or at the very least, refer you to a company that can help you out.

• Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Our package deals shown on the website are already discounted, however we try to offer a different special offer each month for all products. Some offers may be 5%-50% off, some may be $5-50 off, generally terms and conditions apply, but our shopping cart will keep you right if you are not using any coupons correctly. There are various ways of finding coupon codes such as via the ItekGroup newsletters, www.retailmenot.com, and certain links found on some of the ItekGroups websites.

• Can you design me an entire website?

Unfortunately not, we have no plans to ever offer this as a service on this site. That is not to say that this will never change, but within the ItekGroup there are specific companies already in place to build websites for you. www.britmedia.net is worth taking a look at.

• Can we use one of your banners on our website?

Obviously if it's not a banner you have paid to have designed then you are not the copyright holder. This means that you must get permission from ourselves or the client. If you would like to show our work off to refer clients to us, just give us a shout and we will give you a hand picked selection.

• Would WKD Banners be intersted in become partners with our website?

We get asked this alot, and generally we can offer some level of partnership in some way. Speak to a member of staff and we can see where the initial chat takes us.

• What things are NOT classed as a revision

Changing the design of a banner completely is not a revision and is seen to be a complete new banner. If you request 2 things in one revision, such as 'can you move an image to the left and some text' this may be classed as 2 seperate revisions. Removing all text and replacing with new text for whatever reason is not classed as a revision. This includes changing the languages.
